Initial Evaluation and Medical History

Service Description

We will take stock of where you are now, review your medical history, and create a treatment and self-care plan to help you relieve your symptoms and reach your goals for better health. The plan will include: 1. Identifying factors that contributed to the development of symptoms and reducing or eliminating them if possible 2. Treatment with acupuncture and/or massage daily, 2-3 times/week, weekly, or biweekly depending on the severity of your condition, what's practical for you, and how quickly you want or need to improve 3. Suggested homework in the form of nutrition, exercise, and rest to support and maintain the improvements you make through treatment
