Often the most powerful therapies are the ones we implement ourselves in our everyday lives. Many of us have some ideas about what we might do to create better health. The challenges we all face are: 1. Figure out what changes will impact our health most effectively 2. Learn how to make those changes 3. Follow through consistently. This is the hardest part for most people. A personal health practice is a lifetime project. Small habits practiced consistently over time can make a big difference. I will be offering workshops for the purpose of learning about how to develop personal health practices and helping each other to stay focused, starting in September. Simplifying your life is good for you, good for the people around you, and good for the whole of nature. Each 2 hour session will include time for learning as well as group support and inspiration.
